The book "Shepherd ' s Granddaughter" shouldn' t be pulled out of the competition, because the author have the freedom to write her true feelings about the Israelis, and after the kids read this book it doesn ' t means that the kid will hate Israelis, maybe some of them , but not all. It depends on how the kids think about the Israelis, so a book can ' t made the kids hate Israelis or like them, so this book should still be in the competition.

You make a good point, Harry, in that kids can make up their own minds about things. I like also how you have said that kids are not so easily influenced by the books they read. I hope that this is true.
